All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100/€150 depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

Oliva Mae only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email service@olivamea.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
